Brush up on The Work

We will be reviewing key elements of The Work. This will move quickly so we can get right to inquiry.

When Katie says, “Do The Work for breakfast,” she is talking about having a daily practice of self-inquiry.  The Work is perfect for those living a life based on prayer, meditation and self-examination.

How to write a worksheet to get the most out of you Inquiry: The Judge Your Neighbor  Worksheet  is the basic tool of The Work. At this  Mini-retreat we will explore skillful ways to get the most out of our Inquiry.

using the Work of Byron Katie

Facilitated by Jim Frank

This is not scheduled at this time.

 Directions will be provided.

Jim Frank  holds an MA in Psychology, is a counselor, a teacher and a ritual leader.   He attended the 9 day School of the Work of Byron Katie in  2003 and he staffed this school in 2004.

About money:  there is no charge for this workshop but donations will be accepted.  As a guideline, in the past a one day thing like this has had a suggestion of $65 but you can donate nothing or whatever you want.  But, please don't mistreat my generosity, if you reserve do everything you can to show up.  I expect that all 12 places will 'sell out' and last minute cancels and no-shows will be cheating someone who was turned away.
